Provider Travel
If agreed to, Providers supporting participants can claim for the time spent travelling to each participant from core supports, as indicated by the travel column in the Support Catalogue 2023-24 up to a maximum of:
- 30 minutes within city areas (MMM 1–3)
- 60 minutes in regional areas (MMM 4–5).

Cancellations
Where a provider has a Short Notice Cancellation (or no show) HAFC will claim 100% of the agreed fee associated with the activity from the participant’s plan. This is subject to criteria outlined in the NDIS Price Guide.
